If you don’t like something, change it

What do you not like about your life? Maybe it is something external, friendships, work, something that you believe is not in your power to change. And it is true. But, you can change it indirectly.

Let’s imagine for a moment that you don’t like how a person you interact with or have a friendship with is acting. The first step is to express your discontent, because perhaps you are dealing with a manipulative person, or simply with someone whose personality is not compatible with yours.

Be that as it may, you don’t like it, you don’t feel good in that situation. You can’t change that person, in that case you can change yourself.but at this point we are not applicable.
