Although not expected, this malaise is common. During physical activity, our body releases some acidic components that, when in excess, cause nausea. If your training isn’t as exhausting as that, an unbalanced diet could be to blame. On days when you’re going to work out, skip heavy foods at least 30 minutes before exercising – like foods with a lot of fat. Another point to be aware of: starting the exercise on an empty stomach increases the risk of hypoglycemia (when the blood sugar level is too low) and can even cause fainting. It is also important to stay hydrated.
