Happy people don’t bother –

A jargon beyond sincere and true. After all, those who are happy with life don’t waste time caring about the lives of others and not meddling where they weren’t called. Today’s text is for us to reflect where we are putting our time and our happiness.

When do you feel happy?
How do you realize this happiness in you?
What makes you feel happy?

I first want to demystify that happiness is not a state of constant ecstasy and pleasure, that being happy can also be a state of calm, well-being and tranquility.

We need to stop trying to reach supreme happiness all the time because it doesn’t exist and this search only leads to unhappiness. Knowing this, it becomes easier for us to understand that being happy and feeling good about life is also accepting that there is no way to live without any suffering and with immunity to sadness, after all it is part of a happier life too.

When we accept that our lives are fickle and manage to be happy even with these ups and downs, we can focus more of our time on ourselves, on doing even more things that are good for us, on taking care of ourselves and caring about what really matters. , without funneling attention to the negative parts.

That is, there will be a decrease in complaints, problems, an increase in the level of personal satisfaction, in the quality of life and, consequently, we will no longer be the person who bothers others.

Now, if you are going through this reverse situation, where others are meddling in your life, you can try to show them through your own example, without wasting your time with gossip or explanations, going in search of the good things in life and encouraging the person to do the same!

And who knows, you might also put assertive communication into practice and set limits so that people don’t invade your space and cause you suffering.

Always cheer for the joy and happiness of the other, even if the person has given you a thousand reasons to be angry, after all, happy people don’t bother! Then you will have peace and tranquility, without giving moral to the negativity of the other!
