To eat

fig and olive
“Nice little restaurant located between 5th and Madison av., I love to eat the Branzino (sea bass) they serve”

The Mercer Kitchen
“Restaurant at the Mercer Hotel in SoHo, located in the basement of the building and offers the MOST WONDERFUL salad ever. Shrimp, avocado, mushroom, tomato and champagne vinaigrette. I still saw the Kendall Jenner leaving the hotel, I think she was staying there.”

Sabi Sushi
“Japanese restaurant Food Hall at Hotel Plaza🇧🇷 Super tasty and practical: sat down, ordered, ate. As it is located in a “food court”, it does not require any ceremony and is great for those in a hurry.”

Vive La Crepe
“Creperie also from the Food Hall, with thousands of flavors, but I advise you to order the Nutella one!”

The Meatball Shop
“Super cool and young restaurant in Brooklyn, they serve variations of meatballs with various side dishes at a super honest price. Apart from the Brooklyn unit, they have another six around the city.”

To buy

Tom Dixon Soho
“Interior designer store with several branded decoration pieces. As it is a bit complicated to take a chandelier or lamp in your suitcase back to Brazil, I suggest checking out the aromatic candles. They are delicious and a great decoration item.”

What Goes Around, Comes Around
“Label thrift store in SoHo, Chanel, Hermés, Louis Vuitton and so on. out of sight. From accessories to clothes, but the prices are VERY salty. Even on an unbranded T-shirt.”

To see

Art of the In-Between
“The famous annual exhibition at the MET Gala by the Costume Institute this year honors designer Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garçons. MANY of the looks developed by her are displayed in a wide, minimalist gallery (as opposed to the designer’s pieces) and which are a class in fashion for anyone interested in the subject.”

Other galleries and works at the MET Museum
“It always brings super interesting works and exhibitions. Such as The Theater of Disappearance from the argentinian Adrian Villar Rojaswhich is on display from the museum’s rooftop.”

To like

Panorama Festival
“Coachella mini version. From the same producers, the festival made its second edition this year. Despite the intention being good, with name bands and weight djs, there is still a lot to improve in terms of organization. The festival rolls on Randall’s Island and access is by car or ferry (which I suggest because it’s more fun and the view of Manhattan is incredible).”

warm up
“Electronic music party on Saturdays that takes place at MoMa PS1a museum building located on Long Island.”

Mr. sunday
“Party format similar to Warm Up, electronic music, drinks and cool proposal. The only problem is that it is quite far away and access is not so easy. But for a summer sunset it is highly recommended.”
