The foot bath relieves pain the next day

After jumping and dancing a lot at Carnival or after a beautiful adventure trip, nothing better than being able to relax with a foot bath, which relieves pain the next day. Check out two recipes prepared by aromatherapist Beatriz Azevedo, from Espaço Ki, in Guarulhos (SP):
against tiredness
In a tub or basin, place 2 liters of water and a handful of thick salt. Add 2 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 drop of rosemary essential oil. Let your feet soak for ten minutes.
Use geranium essential oil, which helps reduce fluid retention

Shoo, pains and swelling!
In the same base of water and salt, use 1 drop of cypress essential oil, which improves circulation, and 2 drops of geranium essential oil, which helps reduce fluid retention.
