Nutritionist Lucyanna Kalluf explains that this group is important in recovering your body (and waist measurements) after a day of overindulging at the table

brown rice
Contains phytochemicals (oryzanol and phytosterols) that have the power to reduce the absorption of fat by the organism. It is also rich in fibers, which clean the intestine.
