Eat the sweet option with fruit, in tapioca filling, in porridge or in place of butter in recipes, and the salty option in pies or as a pâté in sandwiches.
How to make peanut butter: traditional recipe
Ingredients: 2 cups of tea peanut roasted (without shell and salt).
Method of preparation: process the peanuts until you get a paste consistency (approximately 15 minutes).

How to make peanut butter: different recipes
1. Peanut paste with coconut sugar
Ingredients: 2 cups of roasted peanut tea (without shell and salt) + 1/2 cup of tea of coconut sugar.
Method of preparation: process the peanuts until you get a paste consistency (approximately 15 minutes). Add the sugar and process for another 2 minutes.
2. Peanut paste with cocoa
Ingredients: 2 cups of roasted peanut tea (without shell and salt) + ¼ cup of 100% cocoa powder tea + sweetener or coconut sugar (optional).
Method of preparation: process the peanuts until you get a paste consistency (approximately 15 minutes). add the cocoa powder and process for a further 2 minutes.
3. Peanut paste with cocoa nibs (very crunchy!)
Ingredients: 2 cups of roasted peanut tea (without shell and salt) + ½ cup of cocoa nibs tea.
Method of preparation: process the peanuts until you get a paste consistency (approximately 15 minutes). add the nibs only when the cream is very liquid and process for 10 seconds.
4. Vanilla Peanut Butter
Ingredients: 2 cups of roasted peanut tea (without shell and salt) + 1 vanilla bean + ½ cup of coconut sugar (optional).
Method of preparation: process the peanuts until you get a paste consistency (approximately 15 minutes). add to vanilla and process for another 2 minutes.
5. Salted peanut butter
Ingredients: 2 cups of roasted peanut tea (without shell and salt) + 1 tablespoon of pink salt.
Method of preparation: process the peanuts until you get a paste consistency (approximately 15 minutes). add the salt and process for another 2 minutes.
