After a court decision, Antonia Fontenelle, 45, spoke on social media, expressing her opinion on the process surrounding the inheritance of her late husband, Marcos Paulo. Because the case involves her daughter, Flávia Alessandra, 43, published a note, through her advisory, responding to the criticisms made by the widow. Antonia fights over the amount, against the director’s three daughters.
The Superior Court of Justice (STJ) decided, in second instance, to remove Fontenelle from the list of heirs. That’s when she posted videos on the internet reinforcing her rights. Flávia, who thinks that the case should be kept silent, just between the parties, does not agree with the way it is being made public and, in the statement, threatened to take legal action against Antonia: “Mr. Marcos Paulo left a will registered and recognized by the justice, where he contemplates ONLY and only his 3Fatima daughters”, he wrote.

For the actress, Marcos’ ex-partner is victimizing herself, placing them as enemies, something she says she never was.
The judge, Maria Isabel Galotti, who decided to remove Antonia from the list of heirs took into account a supposed letter she wrote, giving up all her assets. A letter that the widow claims she never wrote. Flávia also cites this document in her text: “after the will and while still alive, he [Marcos] signed another document registered with Antônia Fontenelle, where she gave up everything that belonged to Marcos Paulo”.
Finally, the actress wrote, still in the note: “I tried to take it in a good way here, but I would like to let you know that after the last pronouncements of the same, if necessary, I will take legal measures so that I no longer have to hear my name being used to reverberate slander and defamation”.

Marcos Paulo died in November 2012, aged 61, victim of a pulmonary embolism. Of his three marriages, he had three daughters: Vanessa Simões, born in 1971, daughter of the Italian model Tina Serina; Mariana Simões, born in 1981, from her marriage to Renata Sorrah; and Giulia Martins, born in 2000, daughter of actress Flávia Alessandra.
Marcos Paulo, who was in his sixth commitment, and Antônia Fontenelle had been together since 2006. They were not officially married, but had a stable union contract, which guaranteed the former partner the right to the director’s inheritance. It is estimated that his assets are worth between 30 and 50 million reais.

As much as in one of his wills, notarized, Marcos Paulo only benefit his three blood daughters, a little before he died, he wrote a letter by hand, leaving Antonia 60% of his money invested in investments. The document was accepted by the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro.
Considering this letter, the Court of Justice won cause for Antonia, in the first instance. But the three daughters of Marcos appealed and the judge of the STF ended up disregarding what was left by the director, claiming that the document was not notarized, as required by the Civil Code. Resulting in the withdrawal of all rights that Antonia claims, considering the letter that she supposedly wrote.
