The three methods for using the circle correctly:

One of the most effective ways is that of opposition or contrast. And the combination is achieved by looking at the primary color of the garment you want to wear, and choosing another garment that has a shade diametrically opposite to the main one.

If we take a look at the color circle, we can see that the three colors that make up the singer’s outfit are triangulated within the figure (violet, turquoise and orange).

So these would be the simplest ways to combine clothes and colors in a harmonious and attractive way. You just need to remember: opposite or complementary, by proximity or by triad.
