Detox soup diet: 2 days to deflate –

Detox soup makes you less susceptible to fluid buildup and toxins. With that, you can get around two enemies of the fit body: extra fat and cellulite. Dark green leaves (cabbage, arugula, escarole, spinach) and crucifers (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower) are the main items in the detox recipe. “Rich in beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamins A and C, calcium, magnesium and iron, these vegetables favor the liver in its task of eliminating excess toxins”, explains the nutritionist. Combining the detox soup with a menu rich in antioxidant substances, coming from fruits and vegetables, was the strategy used by the nutritionist to further facilitate the elimination of impurities and other components that inflame cells and make weight loss difficult. The recipe includes both lunch and dinner – it means that a good part of the menu (it has 1000 calories) is liquid food and, therefore, must be followed for a maximum of two days – enough time for you to deflate and reduce up to 2 kilos in your balance.

Breakfast: 1/2 papaya with 1 tbsp flaxseed (dessert) + 1 pot of 0% fat yogurt

Morning Snack 1: Detox green juice 1 – 1 glass (200 ml) of coconut water mixed with 5 mint leaves, 1 slice of melon and 1 tbsp. (soup) grated ginger

Morning Snack 2: 1 cup. of green tea

Lunch: 1 plate (bottom) of Zucchini and Carrot Soup + salad: purple cabbage at will, 1 tbsp. (soup) grated carrot, 3 slices of tomato and 1 col. (soup) of chickpeas (season with 1 tbsp./tea of ​​extra virgin olive oil, a little salt and lemon)

Afternoon snack 1: 1 cup. (coffee) oilseed mix (walnuts, Brazil nuts, almonds) + 8 Italian grapes

Afternoon snack two: Detox Green Juice 2 – 1/2 cup (100 ml) water blended with 1/4 cucumber, 2 parsley sprigs, 1/2 apple and 1 kale leaf

To have lunch: 1 plate (bottom) of Zucchini and Carrot Soup + 1 slice of pineapple

Supper: 1 cup. herbal tea (horsetail, mint, hibiscus, lemon balm, chamomile)
