Creative and very cute ways to ask someone to marry you

In February of this year we counted, here in the MofWomanthe story of two girlfriends who, by coincidence (and a little push from a third party), did the marriage proposal on the same day, practically at the same time.

Of course, the mother of one of them pulled strings for everything to happen that way. But the coolest thing is that, despite this, neither of the two, who had been planning the surprise for months, knew of the other’s intentions.

Another case, a little older, was that of the North American Dean Smith, from Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2015, he made a video gathering marriage proposals he prepared for his girlfriend, Jennifer Kesselfor an entire year.

The scenes show Dean doing different everyday activities for 365 days – but always carrying a small plaque with the corresponding date, followed by the question “Will you marry me?”. The final request, when Jennifer had access to the images, couldn’t be better: it was made on her birthday!

What draws attention in both stories (besides the usual cuteness), is the creativity used by each person to make the day of the request memorable, no matter how simple it was.
