Drinking too much matcha can increase your exposure to contaminants such as pesticides, chemicals and even arsenic found in the soil where tea plants are grown.”
The maximum recommended amount is not clear, as it depends on each organism. But for more safety, the expert advises one or two cups a day, always looking for organic and certified options to enjoy the benefits of the ingredient without running the risk of side effects.
