1.They need to lose weight
Unless you are fully aware of the exams of the person in question, you cannot know whether losing weight is really necessary or not. She could be in great health, have blessed genetics, or just naturally be big. Anyway, what a woman really needs only she can know – being plus size or not – and the rest is just a matter of opinion.
2. They don’t fit under any clothes
Finding beautiful clothes in large sizes is more difficult, true, but every day this segment grows and appears with incredible pieces. So, not only is this statement wrong, but plus size women even have stores, collections and fashion events designed for them.
3. They don’t exercise

4. They only eat junk food
A big woman can, yes, eat some – or many – little chocolates, but to say that she only eats crap is an exaggeration and a hasty conclusion! A person can eat a lot and that doesn’t mean they only eat sweets and fast food.
5. They eat well just because/when they are on a diet
One more lie! A skinny person may prefer a balanced diet to stay healthy and not necessarily to lose weight, so why shouldn’t a plus size person? Not every woman likes or wants to go on a diet.
6. All plus size women have their self-esteem shaken
No, some were lucky to never have gone through situations like those mentioned in this list or were just strong enough not to be bothered by wrong thoughts about them. One way or another, just because some people prefer to be skinny doesn’t mean that everyone prefers it and, amazingly, some even like their curves better (as is my case).
