As busy as the days are, there is one thing that we hardly leave behind: the cell phone. (And when we forget it at home, it’s that hassle of having to let everyone know that we don’t have WhatsApp and communication will be more restricted for the next few hours or all day, argh!)

Any.do

Any.do is a combination of a calendar, to-do or shopping lists, reminders and notes. It synchronizes in real time the appointments made on your cell phone, computer, tablet and any device you use it on. It also accepts the inclusion of tasks from email or by voice. The app also has a missed call reminder mode that allows calls to be made automatically, according to your settings. On iOS, it allows Siri integration and reminders.

Lime

Developed by the same company that made Any.do, Cal is a large calendar that synchronizes data on events and appointments (such as work meetings or the time at the salon) marked on social networks, Google Calendar and Exchange. On Android, it allows a summary of the day’s appointments to be placed on the smartphone’s home screen. On iOS, start each day with a different motivational photo.

evernote

The great magic of Evernote is that you can write down reminders in different formats: it can be text, a photo, a screenshot, an audio, a video… Whatever works best for your type of memory.
