8 Simple exercises that will help shape your nose

Countless people around the world spend a lot of money on cosmetic surgery to get a perfect nose. These interventions are expensive and can lead to unexpected complications. 1. Nose reduction

There is one more variation of this technique:

Hold the bridge of your nose with your thumb and forefinger. Use the index finger of the other hand to push the tip of the nose up.

The main part of this exercise involves the upper lip. You need to apply some force to pull it down. After a few seconds, you can release it. In this way, the tip of your nose will be repeatedly pressed against your index finger.

Repeat this movement 10 to 15 times, and then rest. Try to do this exercise as often as you can.

2. Shape the nose

This training will help sculpt your nose and make it look more elegant.

Press the sides of your nose with your index fingers and exhale. Try not to apply too much force
by doing so.

You can also shape the nose by pressing it from the sides with your index fingers and opening the nostrils.

The following exercise mainly develops the muscles around the nose. At the same time, these are crucial if you want to keep it in shape. You should start moving your nose while keeping your face completely still. This may be harder than it looks, but it will get easier over time. Do each of these exercises 30 seconds to one minute.

If you practice these techniques regularly, chances are your nose will become more sculpted. In addition, these exercises are extremely effective in preventing sagging.

3. Tune the nose

If you want your nose to be thinner, this simple exercise will help. It’s a kind of variation
of the previous.

4. Nose thinning

If you want your nose to get thinner, you can try this exercise.

Place your thumb and forefinger on either side of it. With its help, start pushing. If you want this exercise to work properly, you need to smile while doing it. Try repeating this move 20 to 30 times a day to achieve better results.

When you smile and stick your nose up, you train and develop the muscles on your sides. This prevents sagging and therefore makes his shape more defined.

5. Breathing exercises to keep your nose in shape

If you’ve ever been serious about gymnastics or yoga, you know that the way you breathe is extremely important. Deep breaths can help you exercise more efficiently. Inhaling and exhaling deeply can also help shape the nose.

Sit comfortably and relax. Block one of your nostrils and inhale through the other. Breathe until you count 3 and hold your breath while counting only to 1.

Now switch sides. Block the second nostril and breathe deeply through the one that was closed before.

You can try to make this exercise more complicated. To do this, exhale for twice as long as you inhale. This means exhaling for a count of 8. If it is too difficult at first, try inhaling and holding the air for a full count of 3 and exhaling for a count of 6.

Do 3 sets of this nose exercise to see better results. Each must consist of
10 repetitions.

6. Narrow the nose

To make your nose narrower, you should try a massage.

With the help of your index fingers, start massaging from the bridge of the nose and move towards the tip. At the end, massage the sides of the nostrils. Remember that your fingers should make careful circular motions. You will see better results if you massage your nose for 5 minutes every day. And you can split that time into several shorter sessions, but the main thing is to do this exercise regularly.

7. Make your nose look more delicate

Place your middle fingers near the inner corners of your eyes. The ring fingers should be placed on the sides of the nose, right next to the middle fingers. Now wrinkle your nose. You should feel how the muscles in this area tense under your fingers. Start “smoothing” the wrinkles by moving your fingers along the sides of the nose. You must not stop wrinkling it. The muscles must be tense. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times.

8. Eliminate smile lines around the nose

There are two lines that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth. are called nasolabial folds, but most people call them “smiling lines”. They tend to deepen as we age. Unfortunately, they don’t look very nice. But you can get rid of them with the help of the following exercise:

First, fill your mouth with air (like a balloon). Then move the air in your mouth to all sides. Each time you take it in a new direction, hold it there for several seconds. keep doing it from 30 seconds to one minute and release the air.

And here’s one more exercise to help train your facial muscles and improve the state of your smile lines:

Place your right and left index finger and middle fingers on the sides of your mouth. Pull your fingers up. Try to be as smooth as possible. Its purpose is to stretch skin towards the temples. Hold this stretch and purse your lips as if you were pouting. Hold the pout and stretch for about 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
