For the challenge to really work, you have to follow four rules for 75 days:

eat well and consume alcohol only socially
Train every day for 45 minutes – one day of the week should be active rest
Drink it three liters of water per day
Read 10 pages of a book a day

75 SOFT X 75 HARD

And what is the difference between the two challenges?
