6 touching movies that raise awareness about breast cancer –

Year in, year out, the Pink October campaign always has the same mission: to raise awareness about breast cancer. And the cause is important. According to the José Alencar Gomes da Silva National Cancer Institute (Inca), this version of the disease is the second most common among women in Brazil and in the world – it represents about 25% of new annual cases. And statistics show that the number of patients with this type of tumor is increasing.

The best way to raise awareness about breast cancer is through information, which can happen in several ways: talking to specialists, reading articles on the subject, chatting with a woman who has had the disease and (why not ?) Watching movies. That’s right! Several productions have already correctly and emotionally addressed the fight against this disease.
