We do everything with our hair: bleach it, dye it, dry it, style it, swim in the pool, expose it to the sun… And all this doesn’t come without a price for the strands: they end up drying out. For those moments when you can even hear your hair screaming for help, the solution is deep hydration. As it is much more potent than everyday conditioning, it should be used less frequently.
6 potent recipes for deep hydration
There is a type of deep hydration for every complaint and thousands of homemade recipes on the internet. To make your job easier, we’ve selected some of the most effective deep hydration tutorials you can do at home, spending a lot less than at the salon. Amazing: you will find many of the ingredients in your kitchen. And you will love the result!
Deep hydration for damaged hair
- In a small bowl, mix half an egg white, a tablespoon of liquid keratin and an ampoule of vitamin Adeforte;
- Complete with the mask of your choice, until you have enough for all your hair;
- Wash your hair with shampoo;
- Apply the potty mixture strand by strand, so that all the hair comes into contact with the mixture;
- Let it act for 15 minutes. If you want to enhance the result, use a cap;

Deep hydration with coconut oil
- Reserve in a jar or sprayer an amount of coconut oil enough to glove your hair without excess product;
- If the oil is not liquid, heat it a little in the microwave;
- With dry hair, apply the oil strand by strand, from scalp to ends;
- Let it act for at least four hours. A suggestion is to sleep with coconut oil on your hair — in this case, just line your pillowcase with a towel;
- Before shampooing your hair, apply a little conditioner to remove excess oil. Rinse;
- Wash with shampoo and rinse. Repeat the wash to remove all the oil;
- Finish as usual.

- If pieces of aloe resist, macerate in the mixture itself until everything dissolves, or grind quickly in a blender;
- Wash the hair with shampoo and remove excess water;
- Apply the mixture from roots to ends, gloving the hair strand by strand;
- Tie the hair and let it act for 30 minutes. If you want, you can put on a cap;
- Rinse with cold water and finish as you wish.

Deep hydration with cornstarch
- Add a tablespoon full of cornstarch to half a glass of water. If you have long hair, use two tablespoons of cornstarch for a glass of water. Stir until completely dissolved;
- Pour the cornstarch with water into a pan and place over low heat. Stir constantly until it has a porridge consistency;
- Transfer the porridge to a container and add one to two scoops of any hydrating mask. Stir until smooth;
- Wash your hair with shampoo and apply the mixture while still warm to the length of the strands;
- Let it act for 30 to 40 minutes. If you have a cap on hand, you can use it right now;
- Rinse with water, apply conditioner and rinse again;
- Finish it the way you like.
