1. Lemon and Ginger Juice

1 raw beet + 1 lemon juice + 1 col. (tea) of cinnamon + 1 teaspoon of powdered guarana + 1 glass of water or coconut water.

Way of doing: Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Best time to take: Before training.

4. Ginger water
Water + ginger.

Way of doing: cut up pieces of ginger and add to your pitcher of water.
Best time to take: all day.

5. Lemon juice with white tea
Juice of 2 lemons + 1 cup (200 ml) of white tea + 1 piece of ginger + 2 slices of pineapple + xylitol to sweeten (optional).

Way of doing: Boil the water and turn off the heat. Add 2 col. of herb tea and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and refrigerate. Once cold, squeeze the lemons and then hit the blender with the pineapple slices.
Best time to take: before training to have more disposition.
