Are you preparing for an important test? See what can’t be missing from your checklist for you to rock the race:

1. Tennis
This is not the time to innovate. Use your buddy for every workout, as new shoes can cause blisters and discomfort you might not expect.

2. Top
He needs support. Repetitive movements and gravity play against our breasts – and nobody deserves to run in pain, right?

3. Headphones
Put together a very lively playlist and make sure you can listen to it offline, as the internet tends to fail during crowded events.

4. Gel carb
Anyone running more than ten kilometers needs a nutritional boost during the race. It’s also worth taking banana with sugar.

5. Chip and chest number
They come with the kit and need to be with you during the test. Most events send SMS with the participant’s time, which is monitored by the chip attached to their shoelace. In addition, you can find yourself in the photos taken by the registration number (make it very visible).

6. Visor and sunglasses
Protecting yourself from the sun makes a difference in your performance. Do some practice using the accessories to make sure they don’t bother you.

7. Frequency meter
In long races it is important that you control your pace in the first kilometers. Tracking your effort level helps you save your breath until the last few steps.
