Preparation mode
- In a bowl, place the water, yeast, sugar, oil, flour, salt and mix;
- Knead the dough on a clean and floured bench for 5 minutes;

- 4 cups of wheat flour
- cornmeal to taste
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, put the warm water, the yeast and mix well;
- Place a cloth on top and let it rest for 5 minutes;
- In a blender, place the drained corn, the water and beat until it forms a puree and set aside;
- In the bowl with the yeast, add the sugar, salt, oil and mix;
- Add the mashed corn, the flour little by little and knead for 5 minutes or until you get a sticky and homogeneous mass;

- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon demerara sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated garlic, parsley and onion
- 1 teacup of warm water
stuffing ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 zucchinis in slices
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 grated carrots
- 1/2 cup of olives
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
cheese ingredients
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup of boiling water
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- salt to taste
Preparation mode
- For the dough, place the flour, oil, yeast, sugar, salt, garlic, parsley and dehydrated onion, water in a bowl and mix everything very well;
- Knead on a smooth and clean surface for about 10 minutes;
- Put it in the bowl again, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 60 minutes;
- For the stuffing, place the oil and onion in the palena and saute for 10 minutes;
- Add the zucchinis, salt, paprika and sauté a little longer;
