10 soy burger recipes for a lighter meal

  1. Grind the soy beans in the blender;

  1. Hydrate the soy protein in 2 cups of water, add the soy sauce and let it rest for 15 minutes;
  2. In a bowl, place the oats, 1/2 cup of water and the oil. Stir and let rest for 15 minutes;
  3. Brush the soy protein and mix it with the oatmeal;
  4. Add the green smell, onion, garlic, mint, wheat flour and breadcrumbs to the mixture and stir well;
