1. Simple soy burger
Ingredients
- 1 cup of boiled soy beans
- 1/2 onion chopped into cubes
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Salt and seasoning to taste
Preparation mode
- Grind the soy beans in the blender;
- In a pan, add the soy and seasonings;
- Add the onion, carrot, wheat flour and garlic clove;
- Mix with your hands until the ingredients are incorporated;
- Add more flour if needed to bind;
- Shape the hamburgers on top of cling film and wrap them up;

2. Soy burger with onion cream
Ingredients
- Bacon-flavored PTS soybeans
- Water
- Parsley
- Onion cream
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
Preparation mode
- Add the soy and water in a pan and let it hydrate on the fire;
- In a food processor, beat the hydrated soy, parsley and onion cream;
- Add wheat flour and breadcrumbs and mix well;
- Shape the dough in the shape of a hamburger with a shape or with your own hand;

Ingredients
- 1 cup of soy protein

- 2 and 1/2 cups of medium textured soy protein
- 1 egg
- 1/2 medium onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil or oil
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 packet of flavor enhancer
- 1 packet of powdered meat seasoning
- 1 cup of wheat or oat flour (if you need more, add it little by little)
- Black pepper
- Oregano
Preparation mode
- Place the soy protein in a bowl of boiling water for 5 minutes;
- Pass the soy in a sieve and drain the water;
- Return the soybeans to the bowl with more hot water for 5 minutes;
- Drain the water, wash the soy and let it drain well;
- Add the egg, seasonings, onion, chives, oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and flavor enhancer. Stir everything;
- Add the wheat flour and mix;

Ingredients
- 3 cups of textured soy protein tea
- 2 cups of hot water
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion grated
- 1 head of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 2 cups of chopped green chives

Preparation mode

Ingredients
- 1 cup medium textured soy protein
- 2 and 1/2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 onion grated
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon dried mint (or natural)
- 3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (there are vegans)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- Hydrate the soy protein in 2 cups of water, add the soy sauce and let it rest for 15 minutes;
- In a bowl, place the oats, 1/2 cup of water and the oil. Stir and let rest for 15 minutes;
- Brush the soy protein and mix it with the oatmeal;
- Add the green smell, onion, garlic, mint, wheat flour and breadcrumbs to the mixture and stir well;
- Season with salt and pepper to taste;
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes;
- Now, it’s time to shape balls and let them rest for 20 minutes in the freezer, so they don’t fall apart;

10. Vegan Soy Burger with Chimichurri
Ingredients
- 250 g textured soy
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of oat flour
- smoked paprika
- Cumin, oregano and chimichurri
- Seasonings to taste
- Olive oil
- Shoyu sauce
- Wheat flour until set
Preparation mode
- Let the soybeans hydrate in hot water for 30 minutes;
- Squeeze and dry well;
- Beat the oil, onion and garlic in a blender;
