10 face masks you can prepare with only 2 ingredients

1. Honey + lemon juice

This mixture will make your skin cleaner, ridding it of impurities. In addition, honey has proteins that contribute to the regeneration of your skin. Lemon already has a high content of vitamin C, which helps fight problems like acne. Combined, they gain extra strength in the fight against bacteria that are lodged in the face, helping to keep the skin healthy.

Preparation:

Mix the juice of one lemon with two tablespoons of honey. Apply all over the washed face avoiding the eye contour and let it act for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water to clean the mask and finally dip a washcloth in cold water and dab gently to close pores.

2. Milk + tomato juice

Milk contains proteins that, when applied regularly, contribute to skin hydration and also have antibacterial properties. Tomatoes also help to cleanse the skin, lighten blemishes and even soothe sunburns, giving it a cooling sensation.

Preparation:

Extract the juice of a ripe tomato and mix it with a quarter cup of milk. The result of this combination should be a thick paste. Clean your face as usual and, after drying, apply the mask all over your face, avoiding the eye contour. Let it act for 15 minutes and remove the mask with warm water.

3. Honey + cinnamon

Although it may seem more like a dessert than a mask, this mixture will give your skin all the benefits of honey accompanied by the antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of cinnamon. Try it at night after washing your face.

In a container, separate the egg white and beat it, then add the juice of half a lemon. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. With the help of a brush, apply the mask to the face avoiding the eye contour and let it act for 15 minutes or until dry. Remove with warm water making circular movements with your fingers.

Its effects can be enhanced if the product is combined with lemon essential oil — which, in turn, is an antioxidant and antiseptic. In addition to being super healthy for your skin, this mixture has a delicious and relaxing aroma.

Preparation:

Mix one tablespoon of argan oil with one tablespoon of lemon oil. Apply the mixture on your face and let it act for 15 minutes. Remove the mask with lukewarm water, dry and moisturize with a cream suitable for your skin.

6. Aloe vera + turmeric

Turmeric helps the skin fight problems such as acne, photoaging and dermatitis. Already aloe vera (aloe vera) contains vitamin E, which is also beneficial for skin health, relieving burns and hydrating. Apply the mask preferably at night.

7. Coconut oil + baking soda

Preparation:

In a clean container, place one tablespoon of coconut oil and one teaspoon of baking soda. Mix and apply to the face with a brush. Avoid the area around the eyes and let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water, moisturize with your usual cream and dry with a clean towel.

8. Turmeric + yogurt

The probiotics in yogurt aren’t just for the digestive system; they are also recommended for skin care. In combination with turmeric, they can make your complexion look as if it has been “reset”. These two products eliminate bacteria and keep the skin on your face more relaxed and deflated.

Preparation:

In a cup of Greek (or plain, unsweetened) yogurt, add a tablespoon of turmeric and mix evenly. With a brush or spatula, apply to the face avoiding the lips and eye contour. Leave for 20 minutes. Remove with warm water. Dry and moisturize with your usual face cream.

9. Banana + honey

Potassium contained in banana has astringent properties, which rid the skin of impurities. You can enhance its effects by applying a mask, obtained from a mixture with honey.

Preparation:

Mash a ripe banana and add two tablespoons of honey. Mix until you get a consistent paste. Apply to face with hands avoiding lips and areas such as eye contour. Let it acts for 30 minutes. Wash your face to remove the mask with warm water and moisturize as usual.

10. Honey + brown sugar

Brown sugar has an anti-wrinkle effect that also prevents photoaging of the skin on the face, preventing loss of elasticity. The combination with honey in the form of a face mask helps to hydrate the face.
