1. Simple iced coffee

Ingredients

  • 150 ml of brewed coffee (sugar free)
  • 150 ml chilled whole milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of ice

Preparation mode

  1. Place the strained and filtered coffee in a cup and wait until it cools down a bit;
  2. Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix well;
  3. Then just pour it into a glass and serve!

2. Iced coffee with lemon

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of sparkling water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup (tea) of ice
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Preparation mode

  1. Put the instant coffee, the sparkling water in a glass and stir;
  2. In another glass, to serve, add the ice and pour the coffee on top. If necessary, top up with a little more soda water and add the sugar;
  3. Cut the lemon peel superficially, forming a strip approximately one finger thick;
  4. Twist this strip a few times and place it on top of the coffee. If you prefer, add drops of Sicilian lemon. It’s delicious and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • ¾ tablespoon of sugar

  • 200 ml of whole milk

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, add instant coffee, sugar and water;
  2. With a whisk, beat the ingredients for 5 minutes. If you prefer, beat in the mixer or with an electric whisk for 1 minute and set aside;
  3. In a glass, place the ice, milk and vanilla;
  4. Stir with a spoon and gradually add the mixture with the coffee;

4. Iced coffee with vanilla essence

Ingredients

  • Approximately 4 tablespoons of chocolate or caramel syrup
  • Approximately 250 ml of brewed coffee (sugar free)
  • 6 drops of vanilla essence
  • Approximately 250 ml of whole milk
  • 7 ice cubes

Preparation mode

  1. In a glass, put the amount of syrup to sweeten your coffee;
  2. Add the coffee to half the cup and the vanilla essence;
  3. Complete with whole milk, noting if you like the coffee more present or more milk and, finally, the ice cubes;

5. Iced coffee with rum

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of coffee powder
  • 250 ml of water
  • 5 level tablespoons of sugar
  • Ice cubes (to taste)
  • 1 shot of aged rum
  • 300 ml of whole milk
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon (to taste)
  • Grated dark chocolate (to taste)

Preparation mode

  1. Pass the coffee, and beat the coffee and sugar in the mixer until it gets creamy. Reserve;
  2. In a glass, place the ice cubes, rum, milk and creamy mixture;
  3. Then it’s time for a pinch of fleur de sel, cinnamon and grated dark chocolate to finish off.

6. Iced coffee with caramel

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (sugar)
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 ml of strong brewed coffee (no sugar)
  • 1 cup (tea) milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (to taste)
  • Grated chocolate (to taste)

Preparation mode

  1. Start with the caramel, adding the sugar and the spoons of water in a pan, and bring to a medium heat;
  2. Stir just to add the ingredients and leave it on the fire until it gets a caramel color;
  3. When it reaches the color, add a pinch of salt, stir and let it cool;
  4. As soon as the caramel is cold, put the amount of 1 cup (tea) in the blender;
  5. With the caramel, add the coffee, milk, ice cubes and blend in a blender until incorporated;

  3. Then, add the melted chocolate and beat a little more;
  4. Decorate the rim of the glass by dipping in the melted chocolate and sprinkles. At the bottom of the glass, add more melted chocolate and pour in the liquid iced coffee mixture;
  5. Finally, add the whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

8. Iced coffee with ice cream

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of brewed coffee (sugar free)
  • 1 glass of iced milk
  • 3 scoops of cream ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Chocolate cover
  • Ovaltine (to taste)

Preparation mode

  1. Take three disposable coffee cups and pour in the brewed coffee. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours;

Preparation mode

  1. Place the milk, instant coffee, powdered chocolate, sugar, essence and chopped chocolate;

  • 1 cup (tea) almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of organic instant coffee
