- To start, chop the chocolate into smaller pieces and add the cream;
- Microwave every 30 seconds until completely melted.
- Here, it’s the same process: after chopping the chocolate, add the cream;
- Put it in the microwave to melt. If you prefer, you can melt it in a bain-marie.
- Beat the whipped cream with the mixer until the softest point, you don’t need to get the consistency so firm;
- Add the condensed milk and mix with a whisk, followed by the strawberry ice cream powder;
- Mix and reserve.
- In a large bowl, place a layer of the semisweet chocolate ganache and, around it, the sliced strawberries;
- In the center, throw in more sliced strawberries and add a layer of strawberry whipped cream;
- Spread well with a spoon and throw in the crushed cookies, followed by the white chocolate ganache and another layer of strawberry whipped cream;

2. Cup of happiness chocolate with passion fruit

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (coffee) sugar
- 1 cup (coffee) wheat flour
- 125 ml milk at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Half spoon of baking powder
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box of sour cream
- 200 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice
- Two whipped cream spatulas
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
- 100 g semisweet chocolate

- Cut the cake into thin slices and place them in the bottom of the bowl and moisten with a simple syrup of condensed milk, water and passion fruit juice just mixed together;

- Make another layer with slices of cake and the passion fruit syrup. Keep alternating until you complete the cup, leaving a space to finish with the brigadeiro in a pastry sleeve ー which guarantees a beautiful finish!

- 1 packet of crushed Oreo
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 300 g of powdered milk
- 300 g whipped cream
- 300 g milk chocolate
- 300 g of sour cream

How to make Oreo mousse
- Add condensed milk and powdered milk. Stir until it turns into a dough;
- Incorporate the whipped cream gradually and add the crushed cookies;
- Mix well and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate and add the cream, mixing well;
- Place in the fridge to rest;
- When assembling, just place the Oreo mousse in a pastry sleeve and make a layer;

- 4 tablespoons of water
- 2 boxes of sour cream
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 400 g of frozen passion fruit pulp
- 1 cup (coffee) water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 and ½ teaspoon of corn starch
- 1 ready-made powdered milk pudding
- 1 container with water and condensed milk (to taste for soaking the champagne biscuits)
- 1 packet of champagne biscuits
- Fruits such as strawberries, peaches in syrup, kiwi, green and purple grapes (to taste)

How to prepare passion fruit cream
- First, hydrate the gelatin with 4 tablespoons of water and microwave for 15 seconds until melted;
- In the blender, place the cream, condensed milk and passion fruit pulp;
- Beat for 5 minutes and, with the blender still on, add the gelatin and beat a little more;
- Then, just pour the cream into a container and take it to the fridge until the cup is assembled.
- In a pan, place the sugar, cornstarch and water. Stir well and, as soon as it boils, leave it for another two minutes, always stirring;
- Transfer the glitter jelly to a bowl until it cools down to be used in the recipe.
- Remove the passion fruit cream from the fridge and stir with a fork until smooth and place a layer of the cream in the bowl;
- Then, place pieces of the pudding and more passion fruit cream, spreading with a spoon;
- Add sliced strawberries on the edges and, in the middle, place the champagne biscuits previously moistened in the mixture of water and condensed milk;

- 2 eggs
- 160 ml of milk
- 160 g of margarine
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box of sour cream
- 4 tablespoons of 50% cocoa chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 boxes of sour cream
- 200 g of white chocolate, divided for topping
- 2 tablespoons of emulsifier

- 8 to 10 drops of pink food coloring (optional)
