1. Apple Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 international red apple
  • 1 Fuji apple
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 gala apple
  • water to taste
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 cup of Neston
  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter

Preparation mode

  1. If you don’t have the 4 different types of apples, you can make the recipe with the ones you have. Cut the apples into cubes, removing the parts with cores and seeds;
  2. As soon as you finish cutting each apple, place the cubes in a bowl with water and juice and pieces of 1 lemon, so they don’t brown;
  3. After cutting everything, drain all the water from the bowl and remove the lemon pieces;
  4. In the bowl with the apple, add the sugar, the juice of 1 lemon and 4 tablespoons of butter. Mix well until uniform and set aside;
  5. In another bowl, place the oat flakes, Neston, all-purpose flour, brown sugar and ½ cup of butter. Start mixing with the spoon and then with your hands until it turns into a crumb;
  6. Pour the apple cubes into a serving dish. Then, distribute the farofa on top;
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes;
  8. Remove from oven when golden;
  9. Serve warm with ice cream.

2. Apple Crumble with Caramel

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • ¾ cup cold, cubed unsalted butter
  • 2 ⅔ cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 coffee spoons of cinnamon powder
  • 4 apples
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 strand of oil
  • 1 package of artisan bread
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 1 cup fresh warm cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, ½ cup of sugar. ½ cup of chopped walnuts tea and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Stir until it forms a crumb. Reserve;
  2. Slice the apples and then cut each slice in half, leaving it in a “half-moon” shape.
  3. Transfer the slices to a bowl. Add the juice of one lemon, 1 tablespoon of sugar and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix and reserve;
  4. Pour the milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence into another bowl. Stir with a fork until dissolved;
  5. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs with a fork;
  6. In another container, mix 1 cup of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
  7. Grease a baking sheet with oil and wipe with a paper towel;
  8. Pass the bread in this sequence: milk mixture, beaten egg and sugar and cinnamon mixture. Then place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the farofa and on top add the apple. Repeat this process with all the breads;
  9. Put the roast in the oven and leave for 30 minutes at 180 degrees;
  10. In a large skillet, place 1 cup of sugar and 5 tablespoons of water. Turn on medium heat and stir occasionally;
  11. When the caramel is dark, add 1 cup of warm cream. Stir for 30 seconds and let uniform. Turn off and wait for it to cool;

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 4 bananas
  • Dulce de leche to taste
  • cinnamon to taste

Preparation mode

  1. To create the farofa, mix the wheat flour, the butter and the oat flakes. Use your finger tips to facilitate;
  2. Peel the bananas and cut into horizontal slices, from end to end;
  3. Grease a form with butter;
  4. Start by lining the shape with half of the farofa. Cover with slices of banana and then add spoonfuls of dulce de leche;

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of corn starch

Preparation mode

  1. Place the wheat flour in a large bowl. Add the egg, ½ cup of sugar, brown sugar, yeast and butter;
  2. Start stirring with a fork and then with your hands until the farofa is uniform;
  3. Line the bottom and sides of the mold with the crumble. Reserve what’s left;
  4. Cut the cherries into 4 parts and place in a bowl. Add ½ cup of sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Mix;
  5. Pour the cherry mixture into the mold;
  6. To finish, sprinkle the rest of the farofa on top;
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes;
  8. Remove when golden and crispy;
  9. Serve immediately.

5. Strawberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical cake yeast
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • Zest of 1 Sicilian lemon
  • 120 grams of cold butter
  • 750 grams of chopped strawberries
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, salt, chemical yeast and ¾ cup of sugar;
  2. Add the lemon zest and mix again;
  3. Insert the chilled butter. If you prefer, pass it on a grater to make it easier to incorporate;
  4. Mix the ingredients in the bowl with your hands until you get the texture of a farofa. Reserve;
  5. In the bowl with the strawberries, add ¼ cup of sugar and the juice of ½ lemon. Mix well;
  6. Line a shape with parchment paper. Insert half of the farofa until it covers the bottom of the form. Make sure the base is even;

Ingredients

  • 7 ripe strawberries
  • 4 squares of semisweet chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons cubed cold butter

Preparation mode

  1. Wash the strawberries well. Then remove its leaves and cut it into medium pieces. Reserve.
  2. Coarsely cut the chocolate into larger pieces;
  3. Combine the strawberry and chocolate in a small ovenproof dish. Reserve;
  4. Place the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and butter in a bowl. Mix with a fork until a uniform crumb;

Ingredients

  • 1 peeled pineapple
  • 20 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 1 carnation
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 anise
  • Dehydrated cherries to taste
  • nutmeg to taste
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Powdered ginger to taste
  • 20 grams of butter at any temperature
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 100 grams of cold butter

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Reserve;
  2. Heat 20 grams of butter in a skillet. As it melts, add the cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks and anise. Let it give a little clear;
  3. Add the pineapple cubes and mix;

8. Red fruit crumble

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of wheat flour
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
  • 1 stick of butter, cut into cubes (keep cold)
  • 100 grams of strawberries
  • 50 grams of blueberries
  • 100 grams of blackberries
  • 50 grams of raspberries
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ can of condensed milk

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, brown sugar and rolled oats. Mix;
  2. Add the cinnamon powder and the cubed butter (reserve a little of the butter for finishing). Mix with your fingers until you get a uniform crumb;
  3. Remove the leaves from the strawberries and cut them into 4 parts;
  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped strawberry, blueberries, blackberry, raspberry, squeezed lemon and condensed milk.
  5. Pour the fruit mixture into a shape and then cover with the farofa. Add the reserved butter cubes on top;

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped chestnuts
  • ⅔ cup of sugar
  • 1 cup gluten-free or wheat flour
  • Zest of 1 Sicilian lemon
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted cubed butter
  • Strawberries to taste
  • peach to taste
  • blackberries to taste
  • Basil leaves to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 spoon of flour

Preparation mode

  1. Place the following ingredients in a bowl: chopped chestnuts, ½ cup of sugar, flour, lemon zest and cold butter. Mix with your hands until it is crumbly. Store in the fridge;
  2. Remove the leaves from the strawberry and roughly chop. Cut the peach with the skin. Put everything in a bowl;
  3. Add the whole blackberries and mix;
  4. Add 1 ½ tablespoons of sugar, basil leaves and lemon juice. Mix well;
  5. Finally, pour in the balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix;
  6. For assembly, use an iron pan or a refractory that can go in the oven;
  7. Pour the fruit filling and gently sprinkle the farofa on top. Sprinkle some sugar on top;
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees. Only remove when the farofa is golden and the filling is bubbling;
