10 Breaded Chicken Recipes That Are Full of Flavor

1. Breaded chicken breast

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 strand of olive oil
  • 1 thread of vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • Wheat flour to taste
  • Bread flour to taste
  • Frying oil

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the chicken fillet in half;
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, saffron, oregano, oil and vinegar;
  3. Spread the seasoning well on the chicken and set aside;
  4. In a bowl, crack the egg and season with salt and pepper;
  5. Beat with a fork and set aside;
  6. In two other dishes put some wheat flour in one and breadcrumbs in the other;
  7. Dip the fillets in the wheat flour;
  8. Remove excess flour and pass in beaten egg;
  9. Dip in breadcrumbs;

4. Chicken breaded with vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 coffee spoon of black pepper
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 30 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • Panko flour to taste
  • Bread flour to taste

  • Paper towel to remove excess oil

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the chicken breast into smaller slices;

  3. In a second container, mix the cornstarch and wheat flour;

  • 50 g of corn starch

  • 450 g wheat flour for breading
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika for breading
  • Frying oil

Preparation mode

  1. Season the thighs and fillets with lemon, salt, garlic, paprika and pepper;
  2. Stir to mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes;
  3. In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs, water, garlic powder, salt, cornstarch, and wheat flour;
  4. Finally add the yeast and season with pepper to finish the dough;
  5. In another container, mix the wheat flour with the sweet paprika;
  6. Reserve half the flour in a smaller container;
  7. Pour the batter over the seasoned chickens;
  8. Pass the chickens in the mixture of wheat flour with paprika;
  9. Before frying, place each piece in the smaller pot with flour, cover and shake quickly;
