1-minute Japanese technique rejuvenates the area around the eyes

What is shiatsu massage?

The name of the massage comes from two Japanese words: “pressure” and “finger”, and it was invented by the Japanese Tokudziro Namikoshi, in the beginning of the 20th century. It is based on knowledge of anatomy and the secrets of Tibetan medicine, and its author has used it for the treatment of arthritis. It was officially recognized in Japan and is still used very actively, even in cosmetology. Interestingly, Tokudziro lived to be 95 and looked much younger than he was. When performing it at home, do not massage the areas (this can only be done by a specialist). Apply pressure with medium intensity until you feel slight discomfort.

With the help of this massage, to the area around the eyes:

1. Raise your eyebrows
