I know that message went unanswered and it’s pissing you off. But remember that not everyone is connected as you are and they will respond in due course.

You don’t have to reread what you said or question whether it’s right. IT IS. Just be patient.

I know there are a million scenarios going on in your head right now. Silence it all. think of something else, because a lot of what you’re thinking won’t come true.

I know you’re worried about tomorrow and this list of things you haven’t done yet is eating at you. But you will get there. You will get it. Just close your eyes and try to sleep.

I know you’re tired even if you just woke up, but just do your best today. That’s all anyone can ask of you. That’s all you can give of yourself. Don’t push yourself beyond that.

I know this new relationship you’re in. You have doubted many things including yourself. But I guarantee you that everything will be fine. Just take it slow and don’t jump to conclusions based on other people who have wronged you in the past.

I know you’re afraid of failing. I know you are striving for perfection and you get frustrated every time you fall short. You’ve been your own worst enemy and I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to be.

Forget your flaws. To fail is human. You are perfect the way you are. Stop killing yourself to be good enough or successful enough. You are already all these things.

I know you’re worried and overthinking. And everyone is telling you to relax. But you can’t.

I want you to know that you are strong enough to get through this situation.

This is not a weakness, but a strength of yours. You have a heart that doesn’t want to hurt people. I know you just want to make the right choices. But the fact is, you are already doing it. You are doing very well.

Everything will be fine. Your whole life will be fine. The relationships and people that belong in your life will not leave you.

Remember, you are loved. You are needed. You are well taken care of. And your anxiety doesn’t define who you are, so don’t give up.
