The material in which we are going to cook or preserve the food is basic to ensure that during these processes no toxic substances are released get into food.

To equip our kitchen we should avoid utensils and kitchenware made of aluminum (due to the toxicity of aluminum salts), copper and Teflon with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), which behaves as an endocrine disruptor.
