It is a subculture on the internet that has been defined by many as the antithesis or opposite of influencers, despite having already positioned themselves as influencers in their own niche.

For this reason, the most recent definitions place it as one of the many aesthetics or “aesthetics” that we find on social networks and e-girls in particular can be seen on TikTok, being the platform they use the most.

These are usually hearts, tears and letters, among others that accompany lipsticks with a lot of pigmentation and color. They are also distinguished by their exaggerated expressions for photographs and videos, with behavior typical of characters from anime series.

The goal is to achieve an almost dreamy and fantasy image, something that makes them seem “out of this world”, while combining a rough side and a softer side, and without a doubt with all their creativity they achieve it and inspire us to experiment with our own style.
