Today I’m going to talk about kombucha again – first because I’m a fan of this lively drink that brings a series of benefits to the intestine and body in general. And, second, because there is already a kombucha bar in São Paulo. I went there to see the space and taste the options that come out effervescent from the beer taps.

Vih Brand! began to be produced by psychologist Angelica Moretii – currently official kombucheira – for her own consumption and, a few months later, it was already being marketed on social networks. To this day, customer-followers order and receive the drink (in small bottles) at their doorsteps.

In January of this year, two months after the first online sales, and with production almost ten times greater, Vih! won a kombucha bar. There, the naturally carbonated drink is stored in post-mix (draft beer barrels) so that customers can take it from the taps themselves. There are three options: naked (original, without flavoring), hibiscus and ginger (R$ 10 for a 300 ml glass).

The bottles (260 ml, R$12) also have a reserved place in a fridge. So, whoever wants to, can take the cold drink home or to the office. In the naked options, hibiscus and mint with raisins.
