1 day menu

Breakfast
1 glass of green juice (1 cabbage leaf beaten with the juice of 1 lemon, 1 slice of pineapple, 1 small piece of ginger and 150ml of coconut water) + 1 tapioca (mix flaxseed with the gum to prepare) stuffed with 1 scrambled egg, 5 spinach leaves and 1 dessert spoon of cottage cheese.

2 scoops of ginger pumpkin cream with diced chicken fillet seasoned with chives and a little sea salt for seasoning + 2 wholemeal toast + 1 drizzle of olive oil + 1 pear
