Triathlon: training sheet for those who are going to do the first test –

Athlete? No! Tri-a-tle-ta! That’s what you’ll be if you brag about this worksheet created by coach Cássio Abreu, from Run&Fun. Training for beginners can be done indoors, so you just need to know how to swim, okay? See you at the finish line!

Obs. 1: include two strengthening workouts in the week (on lighter days).
Obs. two: the intensity and pace depend on your perceived exertion.
Obs. 3: if you prefer, do two modalities a day (keep in mind that the second workout will have a lower yield).
