Training with colic: treatments to relieve pain and maintain energy –

It is not easy to live with the nuisances that premenstrual tension (PMS) — a variety of more than 150 symptoms, among them, swelling, breast pain, migraine and irritability, which appear alone or in combination. It’s not easy either train with colic.

Since the 1980s, physiotherapy clinics have used the electro-stimulation. The device is simple, portable and self-applying, which minimizes pain from various causes, such as gynecological, muscular, rheumatic and fibromyalgia. The waves have an analgesic effect and increase the release of neurotransmitters responsible for reducing pain. Local sensitivity improves even after use.

2 – Acupuncture

The technique created in China consists of applying thin needles at strategic points on the body, which vary according to the diagnosis and the desired therapeutic effect. When triggered by the needles, the points restore body balance. The needles help stimulate the production of serotonin and endorphins in the central nervous system, which relieve pain.

3 – Thermotherapy

The therapeutic application of substances that stimulate the increase or decrease in temperature alleviates the cramps. It involves from simple procedures, such as the use of thermal bags, to infrared radiation. The technique generates an increase in blood flow and metabolism and you can apply it at home, easily.
