This new Insta update is great, but a lot of people are going to hate it

Another practice that has become common is that of the “rule of three”, in which it is necessary to post three photos in a row with similar colors so that they form a unit, since the grid of the app displayed rows with three images, as you can see below :

Apparently, that’s about to change and it’s going to piss off a lot of people – who have spent hours thinking about the best way to publish an image. According to some selected users from Insta, the application is testing to make a grid with FOUR photosinstead of the three that everyone is used to.

It is still not clear if the update will be for everyone, when it will be released (with the new iOS?) or what is Instagram’s objective with this change that will give a lot of headaches, especially for influencers and celebrities.
