This is the “realfood” bread that is sweeping sales at Carrefour

The French group Carrefour is the favorite of Spanish consumers after Mercadona. In their stores they offer all types of high quality products at competitive prices. Carrefour has included in its catalog some products created by the realfooding movement, such as this “crystal-type” bread made with whole wheat flour, sourdough, water and salt. They advertise it as a crusty bread perfect for toast and spread.
