They faced a 6-month fit challenge: see what happened –

Lack of motivation, overwork… The reasons for leaving physical activity in the background are countless. Therefore, it is worth betting on the new concept of micro gymin which a single training session, high intensity, unites the benefits of cardio and strength. While Thaís Rahal and Jaqueline Kang ran, squatted and lifted many dumbbells in the sessions of Race Boot CampAna Luísa Folini and Lelê Navarro tested the interval circuits of the burn HIIT. RACE BOOT CAMP

The intense 45-minute session feels like a war. In the red-lit room, you’re encouraged to train at your limit, interspersing treadmill sprints with functional dumbbell and step exercises. Result of the battle: 700 calories incinerated.

BURN HIIT

Just 30 minutes is enough to keep your metabolism going for a long time. In circuit, you go through four stations (rowing, step, bike and dumbbells) for 45 seconds, five times. There’s no time to give up!

After an injury took her away from the sport, Ana Luísa, who was a federated swimmer, reached almost 100 kilos and had the self esteem shaken. She celebrates the result (less 10 kilos of fat and 3 more kilos of lean body mass) when wearing her old jeans. “What I see in mirror exceeded all my expectations. I was even more confident and excited.” His training partner, Danilo Borgato, agrees: “Today, she encourages me”.

When she decided to join the project, Thaís already imagined that memory muscle from 15 years of ballet and tap would help. Lelê Navarro’s initial objective was to encourage our reader Carol Giraud, who started the challenge after the birth of her first son. In the middle of the project, Carol, who had already eliminated 8 kilos, had to give up her goal after her husband was fired. Lelê took over her post and started to train twice as much. The effect also came in a double dose: the thinner shape and the butt more pert. “Burn HIIT is unlike anything I’ve ever done.
