The vitamins that guarantee a slim waist, shiny hair and soft skin –

A balanced diet can give you much more than a tiny waist. It is also reflected in the smoothness of the skin and the shine of the hair. Nutritionist Mariana Della Torre shows where to find each vitamin. Fill the plate!

1. Vitamin A
It is better absorbed in the presence of fat, as in beef liver. The body converts lycopene and beta-carotene into it (focus on sweet potatoes).

2. Vitamin B
Many animal foods contain the complex, such as salmon. If you prefer, separate a handful of oilseeds (hazelnut and peanut).

3. Vitamin C
It’s easy to consume the recommended 75 mg of the vitamin a day (half a papaya for breakfast already has it). Also eat guava and broccoli to improve healing.

4. Vitamin E
Invest in oilseeds (hazelnut, almond and cashew), which favor their absorption. A handful contains 1/3 of the ideal consumption amount

5. Vitamin K
A plate of salad for lunch is enough. Bet on green vegetables: lettuce, arugula and cauliflower. Oh! She is present in avocado.
