He said: “I didn’t date other girls, I didn’t even want to go out with other girls. One day she heard that we were getting married and she was going to ask Sarah to marry her. After dating in 2000, the couple got engaged in 2001 and finally got married on September 1, 2002, in Mexico.

In 2007, to celebrate their fifth year of marriage, Sarah legally changed her name to Sarah Michelle Prinze. In 2009, their first child, Charlotte Grace Prinze, was born and, in 2012, a boy, Rocky James Prinze.

Things have changed for the couple, but in a good way. Freddie lost his father when he was just 10 months old, so for him, being a father was a priority. “When my daughter was born, that was basically it for me. I became a full-time father. It’s not a job. It’s what I love to do.”
