State of Anger: this scale addresses the psychobiological emotional state that occurs at specific times. These subjective feelings are generated when we perceive injustice, inadequate treatment or frustration with our plans. They can vary in intensity, from slight anger to intense fury, depending on the individual’s perception of the situation.Trait Anger: measures the individual’s tendency to experience anger. That is, the predisposition to judge a wide variety of situations as frustrating and anger-generating. People with high scores in trait anger tend to experience states of anger more frequently.External expression of Anger: evaluates the way in which the person expresses his anger, either through words or aggressive behavior. And analyze the frequency with which these expressions occur.Internal expression of Anger: This scale accounts for the times in which the individual experiences the emotion, but does not externalize it. That is, it suppresses it.External Anger Control: evaluates how often you avoid expressing anger towards objects or people in the environment.Internal Anger Control: deals with the subject’s ability to manage their emotion internally, through calm.
