Jose Silva He was born in 1914 in Texas and died in 1999. He was a technician and professor of electronics and always had a great interest in hypnosis, education, philosophy and the human mind. Silva was convinced that IQ could be improved and the mental abilities of all people through some kind of mental training. When he saw that his children had difficulties in school, she decided to unite his passions. So she began to investigate, discovering the electronics of the brain and the different rhythms of brain function.
