The right layering order here changes the results of the dish and makes all the difference. To make your life easier, we have prepared a simple tutorial for you to follow while preparing your salad. Come with us!
1. Sauce: always in the background and, even so, only put it in the salad that will be consumed the next day. For those that will stay longer in the fridge, store (and transport) the sauce separately.
2. Vegetables (the densest): cucumber, carrot, beet in cubes or strips (if using 2 types, intersperse them between other layers).
3. Legumes: white beans, chickpeas, lentils. Or cereals: quinoa, pearl barley, amaranth, millet, 7-grain rice.

4. Protein: flaked salmon, shredded chicken, tuna, sardines.
5. Leaves: arugula, radiccio, watercress, cabbage, chard, curly lettuce.
6. Nuts and seeds: almond, Brazil nut, sesame, linseed, chia.
