Recipes for healthy and crunchy snacks in the airfryer –

Those who like practicality in the kitchen probably have (or have thought about buying) an airfryer. The accessory works through a process called induction: the air (very hot!) inside the deep fryer moves quickly and in a circular fashion. That way, you have cooked food, but with a crunchy shell that reminds you of something fried!

Ingredients:

300g of cooked chicken, shredded and seasoned; 120g light ricotta cream; Almond flour for breading; Seasonings to taste.

Method of preparation:

Mix all the ingredients until you form a homogeneous paste. Make small balls, wrap them in almond flour and place them in the airfryer for 6 minutes.

Ingredients:

200g of almond flour; 200g of shredded mozzarella; 10g of linseed flour; 2 eggs; 15g of chemical baking powder; 60g of cream cheese.

Method of preparation:

Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a container that can go into the microwave and melt every 30 seconds, mixing between intervals until it becomes a homogeneous mass.

Add the eggs and beat well. Then add all the other ingredients, saving the yeast for last.

Let it rest for 5 min at room temperature and then stretch with the help of two sheets of parchment paper. Cut circles, fill to taste (you can use more cheese and make the shape you want (drumstick, cheese ball or risole). Leave in the airfryer until golden.

Recipe by nutritionist Luciana Harfenist (@lucianaharfenist), a reference in orthomolecular and functional nutrition.

Ingredients:

1.25L of filtered water; 1 col. (soup) corn starch; Prepare a porridge (from cornstarch) as if it were a very thin gum. This will be the egg substitute; 2.5 kg of chicken (for the dough and stuffing); 3 heads of garlic; 1 onion; Pink salt to taste; Oregano to taste; Basil to taste; Pepper (kingdom or cayenne) to taste; 1/2 deep dish of breadcrumbs made at home with wholemeal bread (it can be the same amount of linseed or amaranth flakes) for breading; 1/2 cup. of milk cream.

Method of preparation:

Cook the chicken and then shred it. Sauté with all suggested seasonings until golden brown and flavorful. Mix the cream until it forms a moldable mixture.

Make the drumsticks, shaping them with your hands, and start to coat them in the porridge (without soaking them too much). Finally, roll in the chosen flour.

Take to airfryer at 160°C for 25 minutes, or until golden and resistant.
