INGREDIENTS
300 grams of hazelnut
1 cup boiling water (tea)
½ cup (tea) cocoa powder 100%
1 cup of xylitol sweetener
1 pinch of salt
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a pan, heat the hazelnuts without oil or water, just in the pan, stirring — be careful not to burn them.
Place the hazelnuts inside a cloth and rub well in order to remove the shells.
Now without the peels, heat them again until they are soft, put them in the processor and beat for about 10 minutes, stopping and stirring.
Add cocoa, sweetener, pinch of salt, and water.
Beat again until you incorporate all the ingredients and get pretty creamy.
