Strange as it may seem, age makes them more tolerant of many things, such as their date of birth or public opinion. At 30 they are more self-confident and less concerned about the effect they will have on society.

It is often difficult to visually distinguish a 30-year-old woman from a 20-year-old: modern women are guided by the same trends in clothing and makeup. Regardless of age, they can do trendy makeup, wear boyfriend jeansgeometric prints or cotton shoelaces, that is, everything that is in fashion for the season.

By age 30, women generally have some professional self-determination, a stable career, and a reputation. And even if that is not the case, at least there is already experience, which is also appreciated. Fixed work income higher than scholarships or part-time work income allows you to spend money buying expensive clothes, going to beauty salons and beauticians.

To some extent, 30 is the golden age in terms of image. At this point, the woman already has everything: the understanding of what suits her, the courage to experiment with her appearance, the means to carry out these experiments under the supervision of specialists, and the use of high-quality materials.

Imagine the situation: your boyfriend didn’t call, you stayed up all night crying, your appearance in the morning is terrible. Maybe you missed an exam or your boss scolded you. There could be a number of reasons, but in any case, people in their 30s are generally more calm with negative situations and often cry less about them. With age, we become calmer and respect our time and our nerve cells, so why waste it on nonsense?

A person in their 20s can have many passions, be developing their professional career and fall in love with anyone. At 30, she already better understands what she wants from herself and from life, so she moves towards her goals. And self-confidence is always attractive.

Or simply learned to live with them. Each person has their own baggage of personal qualities and they are not always pleasant: stereotypes about oneself, insecurity or nervous breakdowns. When someone is starting an independent life, his experience can be known at any time. By the age of 30, you usually learn to live with your complexes that still need to be defeated in order to become more self-confident and therefore more attractive.

You can’t say they’ve left it completely, but in general, 30-year-olds aren’t as passionate about fast food and street food as 20-year-olds are. Older women think more about what they eat, eat a balanced diet and tend to prepare their own food instead of buying pre-cooked food, which affects the condition of the skin, gives more energy and improves mood. Women in their 30s monitor their health more carefully than women in their 20s, and their bones are at the point of maximum strength.

Girls in their 20s often think that they will keep their physique forever: the body will be strong and healthy, the skin smooth and the muscles toned. So they can afford to fool themselves for a couple of years. At age 30, comes the understanding that the future will come much faster than we think, and it’s time to take care of body and mind. The seriousness of women in their 30s can scare off romantics, but it is almost always pleasant and attractive.
