“Varying activities forces the body to work harder to adapt to different stimuli, which brings more results. The best way to do this is to alternate workouts between days of the week – bodybuilding on Monday and spinning on Tuesday, for example – or divide them into two periods, such as morning and night.

If you can’t go to the gym so often and prefer to do the activities in sequence, do the one you see as a priority first (so as not to interfere with performance).
