5 reasons why you feel tired all the time –

“Often tiredness is caused by an exhausting work routine or intense activities for long periods with few hours of rest and sleep, poor diet and even sedentary lifestyle”, he continues.

Leisure activities: getting into the habit of doing activities that give you pleasure, such as going out with family and friends, going to the movies, traveling, among others.

“If the symptoms persist, the ideal thing is to see a doctor for a checkup and find out in detail the reason, which may be a lack of a suitable vitamin or nutrient!”, explains Joicy.
