Practicing Magic: How to Cast a Freeze Spell

Is someone gossiping about you and ruining your life? Are you haunted by a confused ex who won’t stop bothering you? Are you being wrongly sued or taken to court? Sometimes you need to freeze someone in their tracks when they attack you, and nothing works better than a classic freeze spell. These spells have been practiced by hoodoo summoners for centuries and are still widely used today for one simple reason: they work.

This container spell freezes a person’s speech or actions against you. So a gossiping mean girl can be calmed down or an overzealous admirer put on hold. Freeze spells are used to silence someone and freeze them out of your life. So do not attempt this spell on someone you are trying to make up with as it will literally ice out of your life. Only use this spell against people who damage you to freeze them out of your world for good. This spell is serious defensive magic and, like most spells, should not be cast lightly.

1. Choose the container

All container spells work to bind, restrict, or restrict the spell’s target. Depending on how and why you’re casting the spell, you’ll want to choose an appropriate container. The simplest and least symbolic choice would be a plain glass freeze jar, but while it’s readily available it may not have the strongest impact. If you’re trying to sexually freeze someone — like an unwanted admirer or an obsessive stalker — you should use a container that resembles the genitals. A phallic pickle, cucumber, or zucchini will do just fine. To stop a clapping backbiter, you can choose a cow tongue instead.

2. Prepare the totem

You need a totem of your target. The best choice is a photo of the person, but if they aren’t, you can just write their name on a card or draw a picture of their likeness. Ideally, a strand of hair or an object they’ve touched also works well.

Place the totem in the empty jar. When working with fruit or vegetables, cut open the container and place the totem inside before sewing or pinning. The container must be tightly sealed for the spell to work.

3. Add a wetting agent

4. Seal & Freeze

The best way to seal the container – whether it’s a jar or a vegetable – is to drip black candle wax onto the lid or opening. Meditate on the flame as you drip the candle wax and visualize the consequences of your magic. Imagine the person who has disappeared from your life and enjoy how that would feel. Imagine the person’s words becoming bitter in their mouth. Or imagine your harasser just disappearing from your life.

If you don’t have a candle, you can also wrap the container in aluminum foil, shiny side inward, so the target’s negative actions will bounce back on them and never harm you. You can also combine both methods by sealing the container with wax before wrapping it in foil for extra oomph.

Finally, place the container in the freezer and watch your magic work.

Once the spell is complete, you have a few options.

If your enemy has been successfully cut out of your life and you have no reason to ever fear them again, you can just unceremoniously throw the spell in the trash, as it probably won’t earn much of your energy.

Your next option is to ritually remove the spell by omitting it at a crossroads at midnight. If you used pens, remove them to avoid harming animals eating fruit or vegetables. Another option would be to let the spell thaw before pouring the liquid into a flowing body of water and then burying the container.

Finally, your final option is to leave the spell frozen forever.

If your spell worked at first but your enemy reappears a few weeks or months later, you need to recharge the spell. Just take the magic out of the freezer, let it thaw for a few days, and then put it back in the freezer. You can freeze and thaw the spell repeatedly every few days to increase the spell’s power. For example, if someone is actively trying to physically harm you, you’ll probably want to freeze, thaw, and refreeze the spell every few days to keep it at bay.

This spell prevents the target from contacting you, gossip about you, or otherwise doing anything against your interest. Any action they take against you will fail or return. Remember that a freezing spell completely freezes someone in your life. So don’t use this spell on a lover you want back, but on an enemy you really need to take out or you might regret it.
