Ingredients

1 whole egg 2 egg whites Mix of spices (nutmeg, black pepper) or herbs (rosemary, oregano, basil, parsley, chives, thyme) you have at home 1 pinch of salt 2 broccoli florets 1 col. (tea) olive oil 2 col. (soup) mustard sauce

Way of doing

Beat the egg with the whites and season with the mix of spices (or herbs) and prepare an omelette with the olive oil. Serve with the already boiled or steamed broccoli and the mustard.
